2. Inherent Risk & Safety Requirements

Scuba diving is an adventure sport that carries inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury or death.

• Medical Clearances: Enrollment in any in water training is strictly conditional upon your completion of standard medical statements. If a medical condition is flagged, you must secure written clearance from a physician before entering the water.
• Safety Directives: For your safety and the safety of others, you must follow all instructions provided by Scuba Quest WI LLC staff during training. We reserve the right to immediately terminate training for any student who acts recklessly or fails to follow safety protocols.

3. Booking, Cancellations, and Refunds

Because we focus on small group, personalized mentorship, a dedicated amount of time and resources is set aside specifically for you.

• Course Scheduling: Standard schedules, pool sessions, and open water checkout dates must be coordinated ahead of time.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to change your scheduled dates, please contact us as soon as possible. Late cancellations or missing a scheduled pool or open water session without notice may result in additional rescheduling fees or forfeiture of your session deposit, subject to our explicit course enrollment policies.
• Third Party eLearning: Any fees paid directly to external digital learning portals (such as PADI, SDI, TDI, or PDIC eLearning platforms) are subject to those specific agencies’ refund policies and are separate from Scuba Quest WI LLC instructional fees.

All original content on this website including logos, text, course descriptions, images, graphics, and layout blueprints is the property of Scuba Quest WI LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
